[Automatex] is committed to protecting children and preventing any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse. These Safety Standards describe how [StarGateDev] designs, operates and moderates [Automatex] to prevent misuse of the app to harm children or violate their rights.
[Automatex] is not designed for children and is intended only for adults and organizations managing social media and digital communication.
1. Scope and Purpose
These standards apply to:
- The [Automatex] mobile and/or web applications
- All features of the app, including AI content generation and social media integrations
- All users of [Automatex], including individuals, businesses and organizations
The purpose of this document is to:
- Prevent the creation, storage, distribution or promotion of any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Prevent the use of [Automatex] for grooming, exploitation or any other abuse of children.
- Promote responsible, safe and lawful use of [Automatex] in line with international child protection standards and applicable laws.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these standards:
- Child – any person under the age of 18.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) – any content that depicts or describes sexual abuse, sexual exploitation or sexualized representation of a child, including real, edited, simulated or AI-generated material.
- Child sexual exploitation – any act that involves a child in sexual activity for financial gain, advantage, reputation or any other benefit.
3. Core Principles
[StarGateDev] follows these principles:
- Zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and abuse
Any attempt to use [Automatex] for such purposes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action, including account termination and reporting to relevant authorities. - Compliance with laws and platform rules
[Automatex] is designed and operated in accordance with applicable child protection laws and the safety policies of integrated platforms (e.g. social networks). - Prevention by design
Features of [Automatex], including AI systems, are designed and configured to reduce the risk of harm to children and to block clearly prohibited behaviours. - Cooperation and reporting
[StarGateDev] cooperates with lawful requests from competent authorities and encourages users to report any suspected risk or abuse involving children.
4. Prohibited Uses
Users must not use [Automatex] to:
- Create, upload, generate, share, schedule or promote any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Sexualize children in any way, including suggestive descriptions, images, videos or AI-generated content involving minors.
- Groom, solicit or attempt to establish sexual or exploitative contact with a child.
- Encourage, support or normalize sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
- Search for, advertise or link to any service, website or group that hosts, shares or trades CSAM.
- Bypass or disable safety mechanisms in [Automatex] that are designed to prevent child exploitation and abuse.
Any such use is a serious violation of these standards and may also constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
5. AI Content and Safety Controls
[Automatex] includes AI-based content generation and assistance features. These features are configured with strict safeguards:
- The AI must not generate content that depicts or describes sexual activity involving minors, or that sexualizes children in any way.
- Prompts that directly or indirectly seek CSAM or exploitative content involving minors are blocked or rejected.
- The AI must not assist in grooming, contacting or manipulating minors.
If a user attempts to use AI features in [Automatex] to produce or facilitate child sexual exploitation or abuse, [StarGateDev] may:
- Block or restrict access to AI features,
- Suspend or terminate the user’s account, and
- Report the incident to relevant authorities as required by law.
6. User Responsibilities
All users of [Automatex] must:
- Use the app in a lawful, responsible manner and never to harm children.
- Ensure that any third-party content sources they connect to [Automatex] comply with these standards and applicable laws.
- Immediately stop using [Automatex] if they are under the age of 18 or acting on behalf of a service targeting minors without appropriate safeguards.
- Report any suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse related to [Automatex] (see Section 7).
7. Reporting Concerns and Violations
If you become aware of behaviour or content related to [Automatex] that may involve child sexual exploitation or abuse, you should:
- Immediately stop interacting with the content or user.

Please provide as much detail as possible (without further distributing illegal content):

[StarGateDev] will review credible reports without undue delay and will:
- Remove or disable access to any content that appears to violate these standards,
- Take appropriate actions against the accounts involved, and
- Cooperate with competent law enforcement authorities where required.
8. Cooperation with Authorities
Where legally required and consistent with applicable privacy and data protection laws, [StarGateDev] will:
- Preserve relevant logs and data related to suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse,
- Provide necessary information to competent law enforcement authorities in response to lawful requests, and
- Cooperate with trusted organizations dedicated to combating child sexual exploitation and abuse.
[StarGateDev] does not sell or share user data for advertising or commercial purposes in relation to any investigation of child abuse.
9. Data Protection and Minimization
In handling cases related to child safety:
- [StarGateDev] collects and retains only the minimum amount of data necessary to investigate and act on reports.
- Access to such data is limited to authorized personnel with a strict need-to-know.
- Data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary for legal and security purposes.
10. Staff Awareness and Internal Processes
Where applicable, [StarGateDev]:
- Maintains internal guidance on how to recognize and respond to suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse related to [Automatex].
- Ensures that individuals with access to sensitive reports are aware of legal obligations and confidentiality requirements.
- Periodically reviews internal processes to improve the detection and handling of child safety incidents.
11. Enforcement
Violations of these Safety Standards may result in:
- Content removal
- Feature restrictions
- Temporary or permanent account suspension
- Reporting to law enforcement or competent authorities, where required by law

12. Updates to These Standards
[StarGateDev] may update these Safety Standards from time to time to reflect:

- New technical measures or safeguards,

The latest version will always be published at this URL. Continued use of [Automatex] after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated standards.
