Automatex – Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: 30 November 2025
This page explains how you can request deletion of your personal data related to the Automatex application („Automatex”). These instructions are provided to comply with privacy and data protection regulations and to give you clear options to manage your information.
1. Deleting Data from Your Device
You can remove Automatex and locally stored data from your device at any time by uninstalling the app:
- Open the system settings on your device.
- Go to Apps or Applications.
- Select Automatex.
- Choose Uninstall.
This removes the app and its local data from your device. It does not automatically delete data that may be stored on our servers (for example, account information or synced settings), which is covered below.
2. Requesting Deletion of Account and Cloud Data
If you have created an Automatex account or used cloud‑based features, you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us:
- Email: support@automatex.app
Please include the following information in your request:
- The email address or username associated with your Automatex account.
- A clear statement that you are requesting data deletion or account deletion.
- Any additional details that may help us locate your account (for example, approximate date of registration).
Once we verify your request and identity where necessary, we will delete or anonymize your personal data associated with Automatex, unless we are required to retain it for legal, security or accounting reasons.
3. Data We May Need to Retain
In some cases, we may be unable to fully delete certain data immediately, for example:
- Records that must be kept for compliance with tax, accounting or other legal obligations.
- Security or fraud‑prevention logs that are retained for a limited period.
- Backups that are automatically overwritten after a defined retention period.
In such cases, we will limit access to this data and retain it only for as long as required by law or legitimate security purposes.
4. Deleting Data Stored by Third‑Party Platforms
Automatex may interact with third‑party services such as social media platforms or analytics providers. Deleting your Automatex data does not automatically delete data held by these third parties.
To delete data stored by a third‑party service (for example, posts published via Automatex on a social network), please follow that service’s own data deletion, privacy or account management procedures.
5. Response Time
We aim to respond to verified data deletion requests within a reasonable time frame and in accordance with applicable law. If we require additional information to verify your identity or locate your data, we will contact you using the email address you provide.
6. Contact
If you have questions about these data deletion procedures, please contact:
